School Applications
Below are links, descriptions and instructions to the OPT applications utilized in the management of several operations for Public, Charter and Non-Public Schools.
Transportation Training for school staff can be arranged by e-mailing Ed Jacobsen. Group workshops or individual school visits can be scheduled as needed to assist staff using NPSIS and OPT Web applications to manage transportation at their school.
Also For username and password help, call (718) 392-8855 and ask for username / password help or email TransportSchedule@schools.nyc.gov. If you send an email, please provide your name, your contact information, your school’s name, and the school's ATS or OPT code. Please note that we can only email the username and password to the principal of the school.

Ridership Information
Use this application to identify which bus routes students have been assigned. Special Education Ridership displays pending changes for specialized transportation.
NPSIS
Non-Public Schools Information System (NPSIS).
Search School/Route Information
Use this application for vendor contact information and route numbers for your school. After you log in, enter your school's OPT code to see route information.
Field Trips
School personnel can request, cancel or edit field trip transportation services. Click here to view field trip information and unavailable dates.
OPT-199
School personnel use the OPT 199 application to Request New Bus Stops, Adjust Existing Stops and Delete Stops no longer used by students.
Non-Public Calendar
This system allows school administration to edit non-public school calendar information, run reports and look up bus company information.
Non-Public Summer & Fall Reconciliation
Non-public schools can request special education door-to-door transportation for the summer school program and enter the transportation status for September of their existing door-to-door pupils.
Pre-K/E.I. Site & Rider System
Pre-K and Early Intervention sites can log in to view site information, update contact information and add session times.
Summer Pre-K Rider System
Pre-K sites can log in to view site information, update contact information and add session times.
Pre-K/E.I. Calendar
Administration can edit non-public school calendar information, run reports and look up vendor transportation information.
Session Time System
Schools submit session times online.
School Bus Violations
School personnel can log in to enter and view route-specific violations.
